Shipping preparation

Orders received by us by 1:00 p.m. will be handed over to our shipping service provider on the same day.

We ship our goods exclusively via DHL/Deutsche Post .

Shipping

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
flat rate 5.00 EUR per order

Deliveries to the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden):
flat rate 14.00 EUR per order

Shipping “DHL by hand” / USK 18

For youth protection reasons, games aged 18 and over (e.g. with USK 18, other marking or without a USK marking) are sent by us as a “DHL personal” package. Since this shipping method is unfortunately expensive, we will charge you a minimum flat rate of when you order 2.00 EUR per delivery.

The “DHL personal” shipping option means that delivery will only be made to the recipient named in the order personal can be handed over. The postman/delivery person checks the identity and age of the recipient. Please ensure that you have a valid ID card or passport when making your delivery. Please note: Delivery to PO box and packing station addresses as well as to pick-up stations (e.g. parcel shops) is not possible for delivery using “DHL by hand”. If the DHL employee cannot meet you in person, you or someone authorized by you can pick up the package at a parcel center near you within the next 7 working days.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 2 working days, and for deliveries to the EU within 2 - 8 working days after the order has been completed and payment has been received. Depending on the delivery region, delivery may vary.

Please note that there is no shipping processing and delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Returns

If you don't like a product, you can cancel the contract with us within the statutory cancellation period. Incorrect shipments

We will of course cover the return shipping costs for incorrect deliveries. In such cases, we ask you to contact our support directly (info@dealiate.com) and describe your concern. This means we have the option of sending you a return label to make the return shipment as easy as possible for you. You are also free to send the goods back directly.

Warranty

If, in rare cases, a product we deliver is defective, please inform us so that we can send you a replacement. Of course, we also cover the return shipping costs.
